Annordia has been instructed to sell a hotel business in a prime location in central Gothenburg. The 100-key hotel is less than ten years old and therefore presents in excellent condition throughout and boasts a strong concept. Prior to the pandemic the business achieved healthy levels of turnover and EBITDA. The Hotel posted a profit margin of 15 percent in 2019.
