Hotel Market Update June / 20 describes developments up to April 2020 in the Nordic hotel markets. Due to the Corona pandemic, hotel room demand has not been so low in Sweden in April since public hotel statistics began to be published in the late 1970s. Occupied hotel rooms fell by 74 percent in April compared to April 2019. Hotel companies’ expectations of demand over the next three months remained extremely low.
