We are searching for an operator to lease a new hotel that Citycon plans to build in central Stenungsund. The hotel will be constructed in a new district by Stenungstorg, next to the guest harbor and the shopping center. The view over the ocean is magnificent.

Stenungstorg shopping center has some three million visitors per year. Thanks to easy transport links to the rest of the region, the hotel has a large catchment area. For example, Gothenburg and Trollhättan can be reached within 45 minutes drive. Stenungsund’s travel center will soon be only 300 meters from the hotel.

The hotel is a result of a close collaboration between the property owner Citycon, Annordia and the architect Liljewall Arkitekter. The proposed concept comprises 164 rooms, a restaurant and bar with outdoor seating, conference rooms, gym and wellness area with whirlpool and sauna, as well as a roof top terrace.
