Annordia has the pleasure of announcing Nordic Choice Hotels as the operator to a new hotel in Kalmar. We are proud to have led the operator search and selection process on behalf of LW Fastigheter. During the planning of the hotel project, Annordia performed a feasibility study of the object.

Located at Universitetskajen, a new city district next to the guest harbor and Linnéuniversitetet, the hotel will be a welcome addition to Kalmar’s hotel market. During the past ten years, almost no new hotel rooms have been added in Kalmar.

The hotel will offer 200 guest rooms, restaurant, bar and café, meeting facilities, gym and relax. A skybar and rooftop terrace will provide stunning views of the ocean.

LW Fastigheter and Nordic Choice Hotels plan to commence the building process in 2022 and open the hotel in 2024.
