Annordia advised Genova Property Group on the recruitment of an operator for a new hotel project in central Palma, Spain.
The new hotel will have about 40 rooms and a restaurant on a total area of 2,000 square meters. At the end of last week, a 20-year contract with the operator Nobis AB was signed.
