Annordia advised Humlegården in the recruitment of an operator for a new hotel project in Solna Strand, adjacent to Swedbank’s headquarters.

During the morning, it was announced that Time Hotel Group, owned by TageHus and Hotel Hagagatan AB, will run the new hotel. The lease extends over a 20-year period.

The new hotel will comprise a total of 170 rooms, some of which will be long stay rooms with a kitchenette. In addition, a restaurant, bar and relax will be available at the facility, adding up to a total net area of over 6,000 square meters. The hotel will be operated under the Best Western brand and is expected to open in the summer of 2018.
