Klövern has signed a lease agreement with StayAt regarding an upcoming apartment hotel at the property Helgafjäll 2 in Kista. Annordia were advisors to Klövern during the recruitment process.

The building is located just north of Kistamässan and has previously been used as office space. After a total renovation, the building will accommodate approximately 170 apartments. The hotel comprises a total of approximately 7,300 square meters and is expected to open in August 2016. The rental agreement between Klövern and StayAt extends over 20 years.
