Operator wanted for a hotel in Bromma

On behalf of ICA Real Estate, Annordia is looking for an operator for a new hotel to be built in the Bromma Blocks area. The hotel is located in a new building together with retail and grocery stores. Guests will also have a direct connection to Tvärbanan’s upcoming Kista line and the footpath to Sweden’s third largest airport.

ICA Real Estate, Wester + Elsner and Annordia have developed a concept proposal comprising 236 hotel rooms with a kitchenette, a gym, a bar and a restaurant. According to the proposal, the hotel has a total area of ​​10,315 square meters. However, it is possible to extend the hotel to 12,800 or 15,800 square meters with 316 alternatively 414 hotel rooms with kitchenette.

The hotel is located adjacent to Bromma Blocks and only a few minutes walk from Bromma Stockholm Airport. The trading area will expand to approximately 115,000 square meters of shopping, service and pleasure. In addition, in the next few years, the airport will double the passenger capacity by means of a new terminal building. Within 20 years, the airport is expected to transport about three million passengers.

The hotel’s spacious entrance hall accommodates both the restaurant and the bar along with a pleasant lounge. The first floor comprises about 790 square meters and also has a spectacular ceiling height of twelve meters. The glazed facade is aimed at the commercial area and creates an inviting environment for the area’s visitors to socialize and enjoy. All the elements of the entrance plan thus have the opportunity to form the natural meeting place for both shopping visitors and air travelers.
