Ørestad Down Town P/S, owned by NCC Property Development A/S and By & Havn A/S, has commissioned Annordia to recruit an operator to a new hotel in Copenhagen.

The hotel’s proposed short and long stay concept features 263 guest rooms, a flexible meeting room, and a shared dining and lounge area with capacity for 150 seated guests. The proposal covers a total of approximately 10,800 square meters gross area.

The building will be a landmark in the new district and also located alongside the E20 as an important focal point between the railway and subway network in the form of Ørestad station. From the station, Copenhagen’s city center and airport are reached within eight and five minutes by train. In addition to a total of 60,000 workplaces in Ørestad, the hotel will be within walking distance of the newly built Royal Arena, the Bella Center fair and congress facility, and Field’s shopping center.
