We recruit an operator to a new hotel project in Solna city. Peab is the property owner of the new hotel to be built adjacent to Ulriksdal Station. It will be a central meeting place in the emerging district of Nya Ulriksdal.

Upon completion in 2023, Nya Ulriksdal will have approximately 1,500 residential and 9,000 workplaces. The global drug company Johnson & Johnson becomes one of the first new tenants in the area and moves into one of the office buildings next to the hotel at the beginning of next year. Within 15 minutes walk of the property, Arenastaden is located which includes Friends Arena, Mall of Scandinavia and headquarters to several major Swedish and international companies.

The property owner Peab has developed two hotel concepts together with + Rolf and Annordia. One of them has a total area of ​​7,031 square meters, comprising 213 guest rooms, a breakfast and lunch restaurant and a relaxation area. The other concept also holds a meeting room and has a total area of ​​7,371 square meters.
