On March 23, Fastighetsvärlden organized the Stockholm Market 2017 seminar at the hotel At Six, which was opened the same day.
Carolinne Bjerking and Hans Åke Petersson from Annordia talked about Annordia’s role in the new hotels At Six and the sister hotel Hobo, Stockholm’s hotel market development over the past ten years and what the market is to expect in the future.
Of Stockholm’s approximately 21,000 hotel rooms, almost half are located in Norrmalm. In addition to the newly opened At Six and Hobo hotels, the city will have a net growth of approximately 2,500 hotel rooms until 2020. According to Annordia’s forecast, however, an additional 1,300 rooms are required in the city of Stockholm during the same period.
