Annordia were appointed by the property owner Diligentia to develop a suitable concept as well as finding an operator to the hotel Miss Clara by Nobis.

Annordia were appointed sales and acquisitions advisor when both venture and property at Grythyttans Gästgivaregårds were out for sale.
