Annordia was advisor to Serneke in the recruitment of The More Hotel / Apartments by the More Hotel as the operator of a 65-room apartment hotel in Västra Hamnen, Malmö.

The building also contains 42 rental apartments.

The hotel, which Serneke plans to build in the expansive Västra Hamnen is proposed to have an inviting lobby, a lush courtyard and a roof terrace with sweeping views that will be a pleasant feature for the guests. Some apartments will also have their own balcony in a perfect south-facing position. The hotel opened in 2022.

Annordia began the assignment for Serneke at the end of 2018. First, a rental assessment was made including location and hotel market analysis for the intended hotel. In 2019, Annordia’s work continued with Serneke in the recruitment of The More Hotel as a tenant.
