The hotel will be approximately 8,600 square meters and will contain about 200 rooms, 6 conference rooms as well as a restaurant, bar and outdoor restaurant facing Marenviken.<\/p>\n<p>Winn Hotel Group will operate the hotel with the Clarion Hotel brand as a franchisee for Nordic Choice Hotels. The hotel is scheduled to open in the autumn of 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Annordia&#8217;s assignment for Stadsrum Real Estate began in the spring of 2018. First, the market conditions for a new hotel were evaluated on the site, then a suitable hotel concept was developed and finally, the rent that a hotel operator was expected to pay for the premises was evaluated.
