The new destination is set to emerge at the historic Sp\u00e5ngholmsg\u00e5rden in Bara, Svedala Municipality.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a joint development company, Peab, \u00c4stad Ving\u00e5rd, and The National plan to develop the destination with a focus on unique dining experiences, local produce, spa experiences, and proximity to the scenic nature of Sk\u00e5ne.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u2013 It&#8217;s very exciting to be involved in a new destination in Sk\u00e5ne.
