According to the proposed concept, the hotel will feature 173 guest rooms, a restaurant and lobby bar on the ground floor, three meeting rooms, a wellness area with gym, and a sky bar offering stunning views of the surroundings. The total usable floor area amounts to approximately 6,300 square meters. The proposed hotel layout is flexible and can be tailored to meet the selected operator\u2019s needs and preferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
J\u00f6nk\u00f6ping is beautifully situated by Lake V\u00e4ttern and has a strategic location along the E4 motorway and national road 40, which connect Sweden\u2019s three largest cities. The city boasts a diversified business community and popular tourist destinations such as Gr\u00e4nna and Visings\u00f6. It is also home to the Elmia Exhibition Centre, which hosts major fairs, meetings, and events every year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
