The property houses B\u00e5senberga Hotell &amp; Konferens and comprises 3,850 sqm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The buyer is VSF Utveckling AB, owned by Jenny and Magnus Danielsson. In 2022, they acquired B\u00e5senberga Hotell AB, the company operating the hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">B\u00e5senberga Hotell &amp; Konferens has 60 rooms, a restaurant and 13 conference rooms. The hotel enjoys a scenic location by Lake Kolsnaren, next to the popular Ving\u00e5ker Golf course. It is affiliated with Svenska M\u00f6ten and Countryside Hotels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cWe would like to thank the sellers, Thomas Neuendorf and Maria Rundberg, for their trust and congratulate Jenny and Magnus Danielsson on the acquisition.
