The hotel and cultural center will be a landmark in Skellefte\u00e5 and is located next to the city&#8217;s new travel center.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel will include 207 guest rooms, a caf\u00e9, a gym, a restaurant and bar with more than 150 seats and meeting facilities of approximately 500 square meters. According to the proposal, the hotel has a total area of \u200b\u200b9,777 square meters.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to hotels, Kulturhuset will also include the V\u00e4sterbotten Theater, Skellefte\u00e5 Art Hall, the City Library and the Museum Anna Nordlander.
