Enligt konceptf\u00f6rslaget f\u00e5r hotellet 186 g\u00e4strum med pentry, restaurang\/frukostmatsal samt en m\u00f6jlig takterrass. Konceptet \u00e4r dock mycket flexibelt och intressenter har m\u00f6jlighet att hyra mer eller mindre yta j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med det presenterade f\u00f6rslaget.<\/p>\n<p>Konceptf\u00f6rslaget har tagits fram tillsammans med Utopia Arkitekter.<\/p>\n<p>Ut\u00f6ver hotell planeras byggnaden att omfatta co-working, kontor samt ett gym med m\u00f6jlighet f\u00f6r racketsport. Enligt konceptf\u00f6rslaget uppg\u00e5r hotellets yta till 7\u00a0845 kvadratmeter (LOA) och byggnadens totala LOA blir drygt 12\u00a0000 kvadratmeter.
