En anledning till nedg\u00e5ngen \u00e4r att hela p\u00e5skledigheten 2025 inf\u00f6ll i april medan den delvis inf\u00f6ll i mars 2024. Eftersom efterfr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 hotellrum fr\u00e5n aff\u00e4rssegmentet minskar kraftigt under h\u00f6gtider s\u00e5 p\u00e5verkar det hotellstatistiken negativt. Antalet belagda rum minskade med 2,8 procent, bel\u00e4ggningsgraden sj\u00f6nk med 2,5 procentenheter och snittpriset sj\u00f6nk med 4,3 procent, vilket ledde till en nedg\u00e5ng i RevPAR p\u00e5 8,7 procent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4stan samtliga av de 25 st\u00f6rsta hotellkommunerna i Sverige hade en negativ utveckling av sina nyckeltal i april 2025 j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med samma m\u00e5nad f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret. Snittpriset i Stockholm sj\u00f6nk med n\u00e4stan 10 procent och bel\u00e4ggningsgraden minskade fr\u00e5n 68 till 62 procent, vilket resulterade in en minskning i RevPAR med 17 procent. Efterfr\u00e5gan i G\u00f6teborg \u00f6kade svagt medan snittpriset sj\u00f6nk med 4 procent.
