Snittpriset och logioms\u00e4ttningen \u00f6kade med 3,3 respektive 8,5 procent, medan antalet belagda rum \u00f6kade med 5,0 procent och bel\u00e4ggningsgraden \u00f6kade med 1,1 procentenheter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hotellf\u00f6retagens f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar p\u00e5 efterfr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 6 m\u00e5naders sikt och p\u00e5 f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningspriserna p\u00e5 3 m\u00e5naders sikt f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrades kraftigt under fj\u00e4rde kvartalet, och nettotalet f\u00f6r efterfr\u00e5gan n\u00e5dde sin h\u00f6gsta niv\u00e5 sedan fj\u00e4rde kvartalet 2021. L\u00f6nsamheten \u00e4r dock fortfarande en utmaning f\u00f6r hotellf\u00f6retagen under fj\u00e4rde kvartalet. Utvecklingen \u00e4r likartad bland tj\u00e4nstef\u00f6retagen d\u00e4r man ser med tillf\u00f6rsikt p\u00e5 framtida efterfr\u00e5gan, men \u00e4ven d\u00e4r forts\u00e4tter l\u00f6nsamheten att vara en utmaning.
