Antalet belagda rum \u00f6kade med 4,3 procent j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med samma m\u00e5nad 2025 och bel\u00e4ggningsgraden steg fr\u00e5n 50,8 procent till 52,3 procent. Kombinerat med en \u00f6kning i snittpris med 6,4 procent resulterade detta i att RevPAR \u00f6kade med 9,4 procent och uppgick till 620 kronor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>St\u00f6rsta hotellkommunerna<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tillv\u00e4xten i Sverige drevs av \u00f6kad efterfr\u00e5gan och h\u00f6gre snittpris i G\u00f6teborg och Stockholm samt i omkringliggande kommuner som Solna, Sigtuna och Nacka. Alla dessa kommuner redovisade tv\u00e5siffriga \u00f6kningar i RevPAR j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med april 2025, d\u00e4r Nacka utm\u00e4rkte sig med en \u00f6kning p\u00e5 47,9 procent. Snittpriset \u00f6kade med 10,8 procent i Stockholm och Sigtuna, 11,7 procent i Solna och 27,1 procent i Nacka. Den svenska kronans v\u00e4rde i f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande till dollarn fluktuerar efter att ha st\u00e4rkts under hela 2025. En liknande utveckling kunde observeras \u00e4ven i Oslo.
