Annordia is conducting an operator search for a new hotel in Varberg on behalf of the property owner Varbergs Hotellfastigheter. It will have a strategic location in the middle of Varberg’s leading business area, Holmagärde, close to E6/E20 and with just a short drive to the city center.
The proposed hotel comprises 157 rooms, a restaurant and bar, two conference rooms, a wellness area with a gym, sauna and jacuzzies. It will be located next to a park with a floor area of about 6,400 sqm. There is also great flexibility to adjust the proposed concept to suit the needs and specifications of the lessee.
Varberg is a well-established spa and summer town by the sea and has also developed into a transport and logistics hub thanks to its strategic location and excellent infrastructure. This results in a strong demand for hotel rooms from both business and leisure guests.
