Annordia has made a valuation of Krägga Herrgård in Håbo municipality, on behalf of Tagehus, as a basis for internal descisions. In this assignment, Annordia collaborated with Nordier Property Advisors and Exitpartner.

Annordia has conducted a comprehensive rental assessment of Krägga Herrgård, which is the basis for the property valuation carried out by Nordier Property Advisors. Finally, Exitpartner has made an indicative market valuation for the business.

Krägga Herrgård is idyllically situated by Lake Mälaren, about 45 minutes drive from Stockholm. The manor house contains 45 individually decorated rooms, conference rooms, a restaurant and a unique sea spa.
