Annordia advised Aroseken on the letting of a new hotel in Västerås. The hotel will be operated by Strawberry, which will open a Home Hotel in Aroseken’s upcoming district at Finnslätten.
Finnslätten is one of Sweden’s most expansive industrial areas, attracting highly skilled professionals and visitors from around the world. For Aroseken, the hotel is an important part of the broader vision for the area – where services, meeting places, and urban life are developing alongside industrial expansion.
The hotel is planned to include 167 rooms, a gym, modern meeting facilities, and a restaurant. Construction is planned to begin in autumn 2026, with the opening expected in spring 2029.
