Annordia is pleased to have advised Cibola on the acquisition of the hotel property for Mora Hotell & Spa in Mora, Sweden. The hotel has 140 rooms and is located in the middle of town, only 100 meters away from the Vasaloppet finish line, the Zorn Museum and the Zorngården and with unbeatable views of Lake Siljan.

The transaction value amounts to SEK 114 million. This is Cibola’s fifth hotel acquisition. On May 2, the new property owner, who bought the hotel from Pandox, will take over. The acquisition only includes the property. The operation will continue to be managed by the Lund family who has run the hotel since 2018.

We look forward to following the hotel’s future development under its new owner, especially since Cibola has a strong focus on creating destinations, which we believe will be even more important in the years to come.
