Annordia advised Hemsö on the selection of FAB Holding as the operator of the new destination hotel by the sea, Willow Hotel, in Trelleborg.

The hotel will comprise 111 rooms, several with private balconies and sea views. The food and beverage offering includes a restaurant, café, and lobby bar on the ground floor, as well as a sky bar with spectacular views. The hotel will also feature a spa with a cantilevered outdoor pool and modern conference facilities. The total floor area amounts to approximately 7,300 square metres.

The 16-storey building, designed by Jais Arkitekter, boasts a distinctive architectural identity and, with its central location by the sea, will become a new landmark in Trelleborg. The interior design concept has been developed by Stylt, and the building will also house the city’s new city hall.

Trelleborg is currently undergoing a major urban transformation as the harbour is moved eastward and land is released for new seaside districts. The hotel will play an important role in this development. The opening is planned for spring 2026.
