Fastighetsvärlden draws attention to the fact that Regio and P&E Fastigheter have signed a new 15-year lease agreement with Nordic Choice Hotels for Clarion Collection Hotel Packhuset in Kalmar in connection with the hotel being expanded with 24 new rooms, a gym, a new lobby and a larger restaurant.

Annordia is pleased to announce that we advised Regio in the lease negotiations and conducted a rent assessment to determine the feasibility of the expansion.

Hotel Packhuset is a true gem and very close to our hearts because it is a hotel that our CEO Hans Åke Petersson opened 35 years ago. We are already looking forward to June 2022 when the expansion will be completed.
