Annordia has advised the Swedish Tourist Association (STF) on the sale of STF Göteborg City Hotell, located on Drottninggatan in central Gothenburg. Sleep Well Hotel AB has acquired the hotel and will operate it with the Comfort Hotel brand through a franchise agreement with Nordic Choice Hotels. It will be rebranded as Comfort Hotel City on July 1.

The hotel has 102 rooms with a total of 304 beds and is operated within leased premises of 2,500 sqm on the property Inom Vallgraven 9:13, owned by Vasakronan.

This confirms the growing interest in hotels that we have seen since the turn of the year, and which clearly indicates increased market expectations after the pandemic.
