Annordia acted as an adviser to NCC in the signing of a lease agreement with Biz Apartment for a 175-room apartment hotel in Bromma Blocks, located at the entrance to Bromma Airport.

We were advisors to ICA Real Estate at the start of the project, but as NCC acquisitioned the project we got the continued trust from NCC to carry out the recruitment of an operator. Of course we are very happy and grateful for that!

In the project we have conducted a feasability study, framing the hotel concept and we also recruited Biz Apartments as the operator.
