ESS Group becomes the operator of a new hotel at Ullevimotet, in Gothenburg. The hotel has 27 floors and 233 rooms and is expected to open in 2022. During 2017 we conducted a feasibility study for the project on behalf of NCC and Platzer Fastigheter. The project, called Kineum, will be a new building, which will also includes office space. ESS Group will rent about 15,000 square meters of the total area of 26,000 square meters. Reflex Architects have designed the building.
