Annordia, along with Nordier, was advisor to Mansarc AB in connection with the sale of the rich and newly renovated Waxholms Hotell.

The hotel comprises of approximately 3,000 square meters and 42 hotel rooms. In addition, the facility houses the two restaurants, Matsalen and Lilla Strand and six conference rooms with capacity for up to 55 meeting participants. The Operator Original Hotels will continue to be responsible for the operation of the hotel.
