Annordia is searching for an operator for a new destination hotel that AMF Fastigheter will construct in Marievik – one of the city’s most exciting areas, with a waterfront location just five minutes from the transport hub of Liljeholmen.

The hotel is characterized by high-level architecture, designed by the renowed French architect Manuelle Gautrand in collaboration with BSK Arkitekter. According to the proposed concept, the hotel will feature 167 guest rooms, several restaurants and bars, a spa and pool club, as well as excellent facilities for meetings and events. The proposed hotel layout is flexible and can be tailored to meet the selected operator’s needs and preferences. The total usable floor area amounts to approximately 10,500 square meters.

Several large international companies are already established in Marievik, which is currently being developed into a vibrant district with a mix of dwellings, offices, recreation, and cultural spaces. In the summer of 2025, the area’s attractiveness will be further enhanced when Stockholm’s largest sea pool opens, featuring pools for both exercise and leisure.
