Hotel operator search for four apartment hotels

Annordia is conducting an operator search for four apartment hotels on behalf of Neobo Fastigheter. The proposed hotels are part of the Continental Apartment Hotels chain and boast central locations in Helsingborg, Sundsvall, Sollentuna, and Knivsta.

The hotels are currently in operation, well-maintained, and are including FF&E. Interested parties have the opportunity to lease one or more of these four hotels.

Continental Apartment Hotels Sollentuna features 25 rooms in the newly built Sjöbergs Centrum, spanning an area of 994 square meters divided into two sections as part of a larger property complex. The hotel is conveniently located near Edsviken, restaurants, golf courses, paddle centers, and shops. Excellent bus connections to commuter trains and the subway, along with proximity to the E4 and E18, make transportation effortless from the hotel.

Continental Apartment Hotels Knivsta, opened in January 2022, has 50 rooms in a newly constructed property within a larger property complex. The total area sums up to 2,348 square meters.
