Annordia is conducting an operator search for a new hotel in Barkarby-Stockholm on behalf of the property owner and project developer FFAB. The hotel has an excellent location and will be part of a new block with close proximity to public transport hubs and demand drivers. There will be a mere 200-meter distance to a new bus, metro, and railway station which will be finished by 2026. 

The proposed hotel comprises 162 rooms, a restaurant and bar, a conference room, a gym and a large rooftop terrace. It´s highly space efficient, with a total floor area of roughly 35 sqm per room. 

The rooftop terrace on the 8th floor is a truly unique selling point, created by the breathtaking view over Barkarby and Stockholm at large. There is also great flexibility to adjust the proposed concept to suit the needs and specifications of the lessee. 

Barkarbystaden is one of the most expansive regions in northern Europe with multiple urban development projects that will increase demand for hotels. From Stockholm Central Station it currently takes 15 minutes to get to Barkarby by commuter train.
