Annordia is searching for an operator for a new hotel to be developed in Skeppsbron, Jönköping’s new district located along the southern shore of Lake Munksjön.

According to the proposed concept, the hotel will feature 173 guest rooms, a restaurant and lobby bar on the ground floor, three meeting rooms, a wellness area with gym, and a sky bar offering stunning views of the surroundings. The total usable floor area amounts to approximately 6,300 square meters. The proposed hotel layout is flexible and can be tailored to meet the selected operator’s needs and preferences.

Jönköping is beautifully situated by Lake Vättern and has a strategic location along the E4 motorway and national road 40, which connect Sweden’s three largest cities. The city boasts a diversified business community and popular tourist destinations such as Gränna and Visingsö. It is also home to the Elmia Exhibition Centre, which hosts major fairs, meetings, and events every year.
