Annordia is currently conducting an operator search for Sälens Högfjällshotell on behalf of the property owner, Skistar. 

Located in Sälen, one of the most popular winter destinations in the country, this well-established hotel has an excellent ski-in/ski-out location on Högfjället, with beautiful surroundings and a wide range of activities in the area.

Sälens Högfjällshotell has a floor area of approximately 13,340 square meters and comprises 106 guest rooms, several restaurants and bars, six conference rooms, and an event venue with a capacity for up to 1,500 people. The hotel also features a cinema, a wellness area, and staff accommodations.

Several large meetings and events are held at the hotel each year, including the Folk och Försvar (Society and Defense) Annual National Conference and the three-day Ski & Rock festival.

The hotel is conveniently situated just an 18-minute drive from Scandinavian Mountains Airport, which offers direct flights to several domestic and international destinations.

Sälens Högfjällshotell has continued development potential, and the property owner has the ambition to further develop the hotel with a new operator.
