Hotel operator search for Waxholms Hotell

Annordia is conducting an operator search for a well-established and well-maintained hotel gem in the Stockholm archipelago on behalf of the property owner Artmax.

Waxholms Hotell covers 2,805 square meters and has 42 elegantly furnished rooms, six well-equipped conference rooms, a wellness area, two popular restaurants, and a large outdoor seating area on the quay. The hotel is beautifully located in the archipelago but is easily accessible by car. It is housed in a landmark and well-maintained building and requires minimal renovations.

There are several development opportunities to increase revenue and improve profitability, both within the existing premises and by expanding the hotel with more rooms and a spa on the adjacent property.

Augustas Bar with seating for around 40 guests, like Matsalen, has undergone a careful renovation in Art Nouveau style and offers panoramic views over the water.
