On behalf of HSB Bostad, Annordia is looking for an operator to a new hotel Nacka.

A concept proposal has been prepared by HSB Bostad together with Ahlqvist & Almqvist Architects and Annordia which includes 99 rooms, 8 meeting rooms, restaurant and bar and a unique spa in an adjacent mountain room. According to the proposal, the hotel has a total area of approximately 4,433 square meters.

The planned hotel is located right next to the water at Telegrafberget. Here an attractive residential area is growing with 350 homes with magnificent views of Stockholm’s inlet
