The total hotel area amounts to approximately 14,000 sqm. Generous ceiling heights and open layouts ensure great flexibility to tailor the hotel layout to the operator’s needs.

Frihamnen is part of Vision Älvstaden – the largest urban development project in the Nordics – where 9,000 homes and 13,000 workplaces are planned. The area continues to attract leading companies such as Polestar and features popular attractions like Jubileumsparken and its harbor baths. Gothenburg’s strong and growing hotel market is driven by tourism, business travel, and a thriving event and MICE sector.
