On behalf of Peab Sweden, Annordia is looking for an operator for a new hotel in Hudiksvall. According to the draft proposal, produced by Peab together with the MAF Architectural Office and Annordia, the hotel has 75 rooms and a total area of approximately 3,300 square meters. The concept also includes a restaurant and bar, a meeting room and a recreation area with roof terrace. The planned hotel is located in the heart of Kattvikskajen city development area, which will connect Hudiksvall town center with the sea. Kattvikskajen is located next to Hudiksvall’s travel center and will be a mixed district with about 450 residential units as well as offices and services.
