On behalf of Midroc Property Development, we are looking for an operator for the planned hotel and convention center at Ångfärjetomten in central Helsingborg.

Ångfärjetomten is located at Hamntorget in the heart of Helsingborg, about 350 meters from the central station. It is a unique place that combines well-developed public transport, close proximity to shopping, dining and entertainment, with a beautiful location on the waterfront close to Helsingborg marina.

The hotel and congress facility is designed by Jais Arkitekter, where Annordia has contributed to the design of the interior features. Total gross area amounts to approximately 24,000 square meters and includes 253 guest rooms, large areas for food and drink and 15 meeting rooms, of which the large congress hall has capacity for almost 1,300 people. About 85 percent of the guest rooms amount to 20-21 square meters and more than a third have a balcony or terrace.

A relaxation area with gym and outdoor pool has been placed at the top of the building. From there, it will be possible to see all the way to Malmö and Öresund bridge in fine weather. The facility also includes a garage with 228 parking spaces.
