At an Extraordinary General Meeting of Annordia AB, Leif Garph was elected as new Chairman of the Board. His contribution will be valuable for Annordia’s continued development and expansion in the Nordics. Leif Garph has over 40 years’ experience in real estate and comes from his most recent role as CEO of Sparbössan Fastigheter AB, which he vacated at the turn of the year 2020/21. During his 12 years at Sparbössan, he built up a property portfolio worth just over SEK 4 billion, including three hotel properties in Stockholm’s inner city. Prior to that, Leif Garph was Deputy CEO at Vasakronan and Head of the Stockholm Region, Business Area Manager at Skandia Properties and CEO of Korbe Fastigheter. 

Leif Garph has a master’s degree in real estate economics from KTH and studies in Business Administration at Stockholm University. Leif Garph is also chairman of the board of the Stockholm Student Housing SSSB Foundation and a board member of both Svenska Bostadsfonden Management AB and Svenska Bostadsfonden Institution AB.
