We are looking for an operator to lease a new hotel in high-intensity business district Lindholmen in Gothenburg, Sweden. The hotel will be a part of the Geely Innovation Centre, that will be an open campus of more than 100,000 m2, accommodating 3,500 workplaces, restaurants, cafés, co-working space, design studio and showrooms for Lynk & Co.
The hotel will be built by the waterfront and the proposed concept comprises 255 guest rooms, two restaurants, two bars, conference facilites and a wellness area. The usable floor area amounts to 12,745 m2. The hotel’s final configuration will determined together with the lessee. The hotel is in the last construction phase of the Geely Innovation Centre and is expected to open by the end of 2022/beginning of 2023.
