We are searching for an operator to lease a new destination hotel that LW Fastigheter plans to build in central Kalmar. The hotel will be constructed in a new district called Universitetskajen, next to the guest harbour. Universitetskajen will be a new vibrant district in Kalmar for both residents in the area and tourists. In addition to a central location with walking distance to most things, the hotel also has a breathtaking view of the ocean and Linnéuniversitetet as its neighbor. In addition to the hotel, LW Fastigheter also plans to house offices and a parking garage in the building.

The proposed concept comprises 200 guest rooms, a restaurant and bar, conference facilities, a wellness area with an outdoor pool as well as a skybar with a fantastic view.
