We are searching for an operator to lease a new hotel that will be built in Kungens kurva, Stockholm. Kungens kurva is the biggest retail site in Scandinavia and a destination for shopping and entertainment. Focusing on creating a vibrant city center with a mix of culture, residential buildings and retail, a number of urban development projects will continue to develop Kungens kurva to its full potential. With its strategic location by the highway E4/E20, the area has excellent communications that will be further improved through projects such as Förbifart Stockholm and Spårväg Syd.

The hotel is a result of a close collaboration between the property owner AB Properties and the architect Millimeter Arkitekter. The proposed concept comprises 93 rooms, a restaurant and bar as well as a wellness area with an outdoor rooftop pool. With its foundation in beautiful natural materials, the hotel gets a Scandinavian design, low energy consumption thanks to geothermal heating and consistently high standard. The hotel is expected to open by the end of the year 2021/ beginning of 2022 .
