Annordia acted as adviser to Midroc when Nordic Choice Hotels was recruited as the operator of the hotel and congress facility to be built in central Helsingborg.

The hotel will be run under the Clarion Hotel brand and, according to the current concept, will have 253 rooms and will thus be the largest hotel by room capacity in Helsingborg. In addition, the facility will include a large restaurant and 15 meeting rooms, the largest of which receives a maximum capacity of approximately 1,300 people in cinema. The total gross area will amount to more than 24,000 square meters and the building is expected to be completed in 2020.
