Annordia advised Klövern on the recruitment of HKC Hotel Development to a new hotel in Mölndal. The lease extends over a 20-year period.

The hotel will be accommodated in a new building directly adjacent to a new exhibition hall of 15,000 square meters. The exhibition hall will be run by the Belgian Artexis Easyfairs. The new hotel will have about 220 rooms spread over 13 levels. However, there is a possibility for extending to 16 levels.

The new hotel is expected to open during the first quarter of 2019.
