Annordia advised Atrium Ljungberg on the recruitment of Nordic Choice Hotels as operator of a new hotel in Sickla, Nacka municipality.

The hotel will be housed in the building that was originally Kåberg’s wallpaper factory, located at Marcusplatsen in Sickla. The new hotel goes under the Clarion Collection brand and will have 156 guest rooms as well as a large lobby area with restaurant, event room and conference rooms.

The new hotel is expected to open in spring 2020.
