With Annordia as advisors, Klövern has signed a lease agreement with Nordic Choice Hotels for a new hotel in Västerås.

The agreement covers approximately 4,000 square meters of hotel space in a new modernist building to be built next to the central station in Västerås. The hotel will be run under the Comfort Hotel brand and will have about 150 rooms and a restaurant.
